We specialise in sourcing those hard-to-find Field Service Engineers and support staff Nationwide to save our clients time, money and helping them meet Service Level Agreements. We recruit with a strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail, taking pride in the quality of HVAC staff we provide.
Our team have personal experience liaising with, managing, and scheduling engineers’ visits in the White Goods industry across the UK. This gives us a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses and the challenges they face, particularly in the pursuit of top talent, especially engineers.

I bring 10 years of recruitment experience, having worked across a wide range of roles and industries. Previously I managed large teams of Customer Service Advisors, which instilled in me a strong commitment to honesty and delivering on my promises. My passion working with manufacturing and engineering businesses grew as I managed call centres for them, scheduling service engineers nationwide, ordering van stock, and resolving customer complaints.
During my time at Electrolux, I became the in-house trainer in the call centre and earned my CITP (Certificate in Training Practice) qualification. This experience has helped me develop into the positive, upbeat, friendly, and fun person I am today, I genuinely love working with and supporting others!
After relocating to Bournemouth I started working in Commercial recruitment! I quickly built strong relationships with clients and candidates and due to the speed at which I work created a highly successful hybrid desk, placing permanent, temp-to-perm, contract and temporary candidates.
I thrive on building strong partnerships with companies, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and goals. By providing a structured approach, I help them achieve their targets and drive sales and revenue growth.
One of the best parts of recruitment is connecting with people and helping candidates find their ideal job, there’s nothing more rewarding than presenting an offer and hearing their excited scream of success!
