Refrigeration Engineer - Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester

We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join a well-established team, providing high-quality maintenance and repair services across the Midlands.

As a Refrigeration Engineer, this role involves ensuring compliance with F-Gas regulations, conducting maintenance, and delivering exceptional service to a range of key retail clients.

Essential Requirements as Refrigeration Engineer:
• Proven experience in refrigeration maintenance, repair, and servicing
• Strong understanding of chiller and central pack systems
• F-Gas qualification
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK

Desirable (Not Essential):
• Experience working with CO2 refrigeration
• 5+ years of industry experience as a Refrigeration Engineer

Salary:
• Competitive salary (£40k-£50k base)
