What you’ll do as Sales Engineer:

• Manage and expand relationships with HVAC merchants and installers across Leinster.
• Drive new business growth alongside account management, managing a multi-million-euro sales budget.
• Present and sell commercial HVAC and heat pump solutions that solve real customer challenges.
• Convert qualified leads provided by the business while proactively developing your own pipeline.
• Report market insights and sales performance to senior management, helping shape future strategy.

What we’re looking for in a Sales Engineer:

• Heat pump sales experience is essential, with a proven track record of selling heat pump or HVAC solutions.
• Strong HVAC sales experience and technical knowledge.
• Confidence in consultative, one-to-one sales conversations.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with a commercial mindset.
• Organised, proactive, and results-driven.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Heat pump sales experience is required, and applicants should be able to demonstrate success within the HVAC industry.
