What you’ll do as Service Supervisor:

As Service Supervisor, you’ll lead engineers, technicians, and apprentices across industrial and commercial refrigeration contracts. You’ll oversee maintenance, service, installation, and repair work on ammonia and industrial systems, while ensuring jobs are completed safely, profitably, and on time.

You will also:

• Plan and allocate labour resources effectively across contracts
• Prepare accurate quotations and estimates for service work
• Mentor and develop engineers, sharing your technical expertise
• Maintain compliance with all company and industry safety and quality standards

 

We’re looking for a Service Supervisor with:

• 5–10 years’ experience with industrial ammonia refrigeration systems
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
• Experience in a senior, lead, or supervisory role (preferred)
• A proactive, safety-focused mindset
