Are you a sharp, organised, and proactive Supply Chain Administrator or individual with a knack for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? This is a brilliant opportunity with a company that plays a key role in keeping vital services operating across the UK. If you’ve got solid admin skills, experience working in supply chain or procurement, and enjoy being that person everyone relies on, this could be right up your street.
Based in Andover, you’ll be supporting the UK Supply Chain Manager and working closely with suppliers, engineers, and internal teams to keep the flow of tools, equipment, and stock moving without a hitch.
What You’ll Be Doing as Supply Chain Administrator:
• Managing day-to-day purchasing admin – raising and tracking purchase orders
• Chasing deliveries, collections, and returns (including warranties and credits)
• Keeping digital records sharp and accurate
• Ensuring engineers have calibrated tools and spares when needed
• Supporting new starters by organising toolkits as part of onboarding
• Monitoring the supply chain inbox and responding promptly
• Helping out with stocktakes and occasionally jumping in to support the warehouse team
What You’ll Need to Bring:
• Great Excel skills – confident with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Positive, proactive approach and a real eye for detail
• Confidence using a variety of software platforms
• Strong communication – you’ll be liaising across multiple teams
• Nice to Have
• Knowledge of financial/supply chain systems like SAP, Sage, Oracle, Xero, or Insphire
• Previous experience in a similar procurement or logistics admin role

Hours:
• Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
