The Role
As Residential Heating Sales Manager, you’ll lead and develop a team across multiple channels.
You’ll be responsible for driving sales performance, expanding the customer base, and delivering the strategy for residential heating growth across Ireland, with a particular focus on heat pump solutions.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine coaching, mentoring and team management with customer engagement and commercial execution. You’ll spend time both in the office and out in the field supporting your team, developing sales capability, meeting customers and identifying new business opportunities across the residential heating and heat pump market.
Key Responsibilities for the Residential Heating Sales Manager
- Lead, coach, manage and develop a team of sales professionals
- Provide ongoing mentoring, training and performance management to the sales team
- Define and execute the residential heating and heat pump sales strategy
- Drive growth across contractor, consultant and developer channels
- Expand market share and strengthen customer relationships
- Support the team on key customer meetings and projects
- Identify new commercial opportunities within the Irish heating and HVAC market
- Deliver measurable sales growth and strong commercial performance
- Work closely with senior leadership to support long-term business objectives
What We’re Looking for in a Residential Heating Sales Manager
We’re looking for a motivated and commercially focused Residential Heating Sales Manager from within the heating or HVAC industry. You will ideally have proven heat pump experience alongside a strong understanding of the residential heating market. You must also have experience managing, coaching or developing a sales team, with the ability to motivate individuals and deliver results.
